My Students

July 7, 2022 — Lynda Needle Felting a Picture and a Polar Bear

I received a phone call from Lynda Engeseth one day in June 2022. She said that I was highly recommended as a teacher and she wanted to learn how to Needle Felt. Since people were still getting Covid, I had my brilliant Grandson, Gedalya, fix my computer so I could teach classes using Zoom.

I taught Lynda two times - June 18th and 25th, 2022 using Zoom. Since my husband and I had four Covid inoculations including two booster shots our doctor said we should live our lives which made me so happy since I had been teaching at my home studio for a long time and stopped when Covid started.

So, Lynda came to my home on July 16, 2022 wearing her mask and showed me that she had taken the Covid test that proved that she was healthy. We both took our masks off and I started to teach her needle felting. Lynda now comes to my home every Saturday at 2 P.M. for classes in needle felting and anything else that she would like to learn. She is a wonderful student and I look forward to seeing and teaching her each week.

I went onto the website called www.livingfelt.com and decided to order a needle felting kit called "2D Landscape-Hidden Lake" where you needle felt a picture and then put it into an embroidery hoop. I had created two a while ago. I mentioned it to Lynda and she ordered one too. We used this for her first lesson.
