View fullsize CHAYA NESSA'S GOLD AND BROWN SKIRT: This skirt was woven on the same warp as the flowered blouse using doubled 2/17 wool. The yellow weft is also 2/17 wool. I used a pattern from "A Weaver's Book of 8-Shaft Pattern: Edited by Carol Strickler, page 28, pattern 97p for this weave. View fullsize CHAYA NESSA'S BLOUSE & SKIRT TRIM FABRIC: The weave for this blouse is an 8 harness reverse twill. I used 2/17 wool doubled for the warp and for the alternate tabby (plain weave) and 5/2 pearl cotton doubled for the flower design. This flower was my own design.
